Order Processing

All orders received during normal business hours Monday through Friday are processed same day. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Once an order is processed, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

To save on shipping costs we recommend ordering two or more items.

Shipping Options

To contain shipping costs we ship all orders Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service at a rate of $4.95 to $8.95. Orders of $50.00 or more receive free shipping in the continental US.

All returns must take place within 30 days of delivery. If there is an error in your order that is the fault of Wachusett Coffee Company, or your product has arrived damaged, please return the affected portion and we will happily credit your credit card for any returned portion, including shipping charges. If you return your product for any other reason, within 30 days, we will credit your credit card for any returned portion less a 30% disposal fee, and excluding shipping charges.
